Description
This building at 187 High Street in Elgin dates from the earlier 19th century and features three storeys plus an attic, with two bays. The ground floor has a modern shop front and a narrow flat-arched entrance leading to a pend. The first and second floors display a classical ashlar facade. The first floor windows have moulded architraves and cornices, while the second floor windows have raised margins connected by a cill band and feature 4-pane glazing. The building is topped with a moulded cornice and a blocking course, and it has two piended dormers and corniced end stacks. The roof is slate.
