Later 19th century. 2 storeys and attic, 3 bays. Coursed

stugged rubble with broached ashlar dressings. Victorian shop

and narrow pend entrance at ground floor; bracketted cills at

1st floor; 2-pane glazing; bracketted cornice and blocking

course. 2 gabled dormers. Slate roof.
