Description

This building at 207 High Street in Elgin dates from around 1870 and consists of two storeys and an attic, featuring three bays. It is constructed of ashlar stone. The original painted and pilastered shop front and fascia are still intact, with a pend on the right side. The first floor has three segmentally-arched windows, each with bracketed cills, and there is a bracketed cornice above. The ends of the building have shallow segmentally pedimented features. It also has corniced stacks and a slate roof.
