Description

Sylvania is a house built in 1849, located at Manse, Enzie Cross Roads. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure with a single-storey rear wing that connects to a former steading. The exterior is harled with tooled ashlar margins, and the steading is made of rubble.

The house features a central door and has slightly lower windows on the first floor, with a mix of two-pane and twelve-pane glazing. There are coped end stacks and a roof made of Enzie slate. A modern sun parlour has been added in the rear re-entrant angle. The single-storey and loft steading has some windows that have been enlarged.
