Description

Burnbrae, located on High Kype Road, dates back to 1839. This two-storey building features three bays and is harled with painted margins. A central recessed door is situated beneath a cornice and a datestone. To the right of the door, there is an added window. The building has 12-pane sash windows throughout, along with an eaves course, a cornice, and end stacks that have diamond flues. The roof is made of slate. Flanking the main structure are low, painted rubble wings with piend roofs, which extend northwards to create a U-plan steading at the rear. The left wing has a modern window.
