Circa 1830. E facing single storey and dormerless attic

Centre door with flanking window (right); canted S gable to

road with window in outer facets and small off-centre attic

light; 4-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; Banffshire

slate roof.

Small single storey weatherboarded lean-to extension

at rear.
