Description
12 and 13 Harrow Inn Close in Elgin is an early to mid 19th century, two-storey, two-bay building that now functions as a shop and flat. The structure is made of rubble with painted tooled dressings and features a slate roof with gable end stacks. There is a door on the left side that provides access to No. 14 on the left and to No. 13 on the first floor above and to the right. A shop front has been inserted to the right for No. 12, while No. 13 has two first floor windows.
