Description
14 and 15 Harrow Inn Close in Elgin is an early to mid-19th century, two-storey, three-bay house that has been converted into flats. The building is constructed of rubble with tooled dressings and features a slate roof. The central door is flanked by windows, with an additional inserted door on the far left. There are three windows on the first floor. The ground floor is designated as No. 15, while No. 14 is located above, with access to No. 14 gained through a door in Nos. 12 and 13 Harrow Inn Close to the north.
