Description
7, 8, and 9 Harrow Inn Close in Elgin is a former rubble building dating from the late 18th to early 19th century. It is two stories tall and originally had three bays, topped with slate roofs. The building has been converted from stores into flats. The original doorway is located at the far left on the south side (No. 10), with an inserted window to the right flank. There is a wide central door serving Nos. 8 and 9, along with a large window to the right flank. To the right, there is a door for No. 7 and a louvred door at the far right. The first floor features three windows and modern rooflights.
