Description

Circa 1909. S facing 2-storey, 3-bay house. Coursed rubble,

tooled ashlar dressings. Off-centre door in S elevation

sheltered by (?)later loggia. Projecting outer canted bay

windows rise 2 storeys, breaking wallhead; single ground and

1st floor windows in W gable; multi-pane glazing in upper

lights of sash windows

Coped end and rear wallhead stacks; slate roof.

Rear of house abuts street and flanked by high coped rubble

walls.

Small single storey buildings of later construction, each

with 2 rooms, sited E and W of house, abutting rear wall

dividing property from street.
