Description

Downham is a house dating from around 1800, featuring two storeys and three bays with a central door. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with random rubble on the sides, and it has contrasting painted ashlar margins and joints. The door is framed by a moulded architrave, and there is an eaves band along with a blocked eaves course. The house has chimneys and a renewed gable slate roof.
