Description

7 Grant Street in Cullen is a single-storey and attic house from the mid to late 19th century, featuring two bays. It includes a shop and a two-bay return elevation facing South Deskford Street. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted long and short dressings. The entrance is located on Grant Street, with an additional shop entrance in the canted corner bay beneath a corbelled angle. The ground floor windows mainly have plate-glass glazing, and there are wallhead canted dormers on each side with 2-pane and 4-pane glazing. The roof is piended slate with a roof light, and there is a single coped end stack.
