Description

Mid-later 19th century. Single storey and attic, 2-bay house

with shop and 2-bay return elevation to South Deskford

Street. Rubble, contrasting painted long and short dressings.

Entrance in Grant Street and to shop in canted corner bay

under corbelled angle. Mainly plate-glass glazing in ground

floor windows; wallhead canted dormer to each face with 2-

and 4-pane glazing. Single coped end stack; piended slate

roof with roof light.
