Description

26 South Castle Street is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built between 1820 and 1825, situated on a sloping site. The front is made of tooled rubble with contrasting painted margins and features long and short detailing. It has a central entrance and 2-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks, which have been renewed at the northern end, and a slate roof with a stone ridge.
