Description

The Walled Gardens at Gordon Castle were built between 1803 and 1804. This large rectangular garden features a smaller walled area to the west. The high walls are constructed of rubble faced with brick on the south side, while brick is used on both faces of the walls elsewhere, showcasing English garden bond brickwork. There is a segmental-headed entrance at the northeast, which is closed by double wooden gates.
