Description

Mid 19th century. 3-storey corner block, 2 bays to both

High Street and Commerce Street; shallow, recessed

canted bay to angle. Modern ship front to High Street;

ashlar facade 1st and 2nd storeys with rusticated quoins;

moulded architraves to High Street windows, corniced at

1st floor. Modillioned cornice and blocking course;

corniced end stacks; piended slate roof.
