Description
95 High Street in Elgin is an earlier 19th-century building that stands three stories tall with an attic and features two bays. The ground floor has a modern shop front with an unfortunate fascia. The facade of the first and second floors is made of ashlar stone. Notable architectural details include moulded architraves, with the lower panes of the first-floor windows now blocked. There are bracketed cornices, a frieze, a cornice, and a blocking course. The building also has two piended dormers and is topped with a slate roof.
