Description

91B High Street in Elgin is an earlier 19th-century building. It is two stories high and has two bays. The structure is made of rubble with tooled dressings and features painted margins on the first floor. The ground floor is used as a store, while the upper floor is accessed by a stone forestair with an iron handrail. The roof is covered with slate.
