Description

The Bridge of Sheriffmills, located over the River Lossie on Sheriffmill Road in Elgin, was built in 1803 and partly rebuilt in 1829. It features a double span design made of coursed rubble, with dressed stone segmental arch rings and a coping. The bridge includes blind oculi in the spandrels and triangular cutwaters, along with splayed parapets at either end.
