Description

Early 19th century. Near quadrangular plan walled garden. Random rubble walls, brick lined to inside of N wall, with polished ashlar coping. Walls stepped down to S; swept down slip buttress to NW angle. Small ironwork gate to centre of S wall. Squat segmental arched opening to centre of W wall, looking through to Harvieston Farm (see separate listing); boarded timber door with long and short droved dressings and relieving arch to N of W wall. Opening to W of N wall; later 20th century single storey house to centre of interior of W wall; later 20th century harled lean to to right; rubble lean to building to exterior, in process of alteration; timber door with long and short droved dressings to outer right.
