Description

  1. Repairs, 1831. All harled with contrasting painted

ashlar margins and dressings. 2-storey, 3-bay SE (1770)

symmetrical frontage; centre shallow corniced and pilastered

door piece with panelled door in centre gabled bay with

apex stack; flanking corniced ground floor windows. Low

2-storey, narrow 2-bay gabled wing to SW with single storey,

single bay piended wing and modern sun porch. Large rear

2-storey dining and drawing room wing with projecting

and gabled wallhead stack; large tripartites in ground and

1st floor of NW piended gable, and large single windows

in SW elevation. 4- and 12-pane glazing. Corniced end

stacks; slate roof.

Garden walls; rubble walled garden to east; further rubble walls

enclose grounds, all with drystone copes.
