Description
This is an 1807 walled garden located at Balnagown Castle. It is a large, semi-circular enclosure constructed of coursed rubble with an ashlar coping stone. The gardener’s cottage is not part of this listed structure. The garden walls are of excellent quality. Further information may be found in the Scottish Record Office, SC 34/23/1, 49.
