18 Culduthel Road, Inverness

18 Culduthel Road in Inverness is a building dating from around 1840, featuring Jacobethan architectural details. The exterior is harled with ashlar dressings.

The structure has two storeys and a seven-bay front, with the ends of the building advanced and topped with stepped gables that feature chimneys corbelled from the wallhead. The central three bays are also advanced, showcasing a crenellated parapet and angle bartizans adorned with pepper pot finials. There is a porch at the centre with an oriel window above it.

To the north, there is an addition that includes a bay window on the ground floor and a tripartite window on the first floor. To the south, a small one-storey outbuilding features skewputts. The garden walls are made of rubble, and the garden front displays three wide gables with finials, with the northern two gables featuring kneelers.
