Description

Circa 1830-40 with extensive additions shortly after that date. 6 originally 2 storey and attic 4 bays extended by 2 wide bays the east and by 2 single storey and attic bays to west, various wings to rear (south). Harled with bullfaced rusticated quoins, tooled ashlar dressings. 2 centre bays of original house to gabled attic with round headed window and apex chimney, flanked by round headed dormers; off centre later large projecting porch. Wide 2 bay extension in similar style to east with similar gable of bay and canted bay window at ground floor. Mainly lying pane glazing; cornice, blocking course with end ball finials; end and ridge stacks; slate roof. Large walled garden to rear.
