Description
Achinduich is a building dating from around 1800. It has a two-storey, three-bay core with several extensions from the early and mid-19th century. There is a two-storey, two-bay extension that is continuous with the east gable, and a projecting, higher two-storey, two-bay wing that features a side entrance, which conceals the original south-facing central door. There is also an additional structure that fronts the westernmost bay. The exterior is finished in white harl with ashlar margins. The ground floor has two bipartite windows, and there is one bipartite window on the first floor of the east wing, with mainly 12-pane glazing throughout. The building has end and ridge corniced stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a low coped rubble garden wall surrounding the property.
