Willowvale, Tradespark Road, Nairn

Willowvale, located on Tradespark Road in Nairn, is a building designed in the style of W R Davidson and dated 1922. It is a two-storey structure with an attic, resembling a Swiss chalet with a deeply mansarded roof and a harled gabled front.

The east gabled elevation features a central door set beneath a wide arched head, flanked by four windows. On the first floor, there are three windows, and in the attic, there is one window along with flanking bullseye windows.

On the west elevation, there is a two-storey central canted bay with two windows on each storey, and attic fenestration mirrors that of the east front. The building has flat-roofed dormers on the first and second floors, with the first-floor dormers recessed on the north side. It also has deep eaves and tall cylindrical chimney stacks, all topped with a slate roof.
