Description
Struan Free Church, located in Struanmore, Skye, was built in 1854-55. It is a simple rectangular church with two bays and a harled exterior. The south elevation features two tall round-headed windows with multi-pane glazing, while the north elevation has two windows with 12-pane glazing and a door in the center of the east gable.
Inside, the church has a straightforward original interior. It includes a two-stage pulpit located at the center of the south wall, enclosed by a railing. There is a gallery on three sides with a panelled front, supported by plain cast-iron columns.
