71 Wilson Street in Glasgow is a seven-storey warehouse and office block designed by Thomson, Sandilands and MacLeod between 1935 and 1936. The building has a symmetrical, rectangular shape and is constructed with a metal frame, featuring polished red sandstone cladding. The floor levels are highlighted by incised metal panels.

The elevation facing Wilson Street has nine bays, while the sides on Brunswick and Hutcheson Streets have four bays. The ground floor features full-height openings, including a central doorway with a hooded roll-moulding on Wilson Street, and an architraved doorway. There is a modern door installed for the Clydesdale Bank.

Red sandstone strips with a chamfered design separate the windows, which are all of the same dimensions. These metal-framed windows consist of seven panes and include top-hopper and casement openings. A deep cornice is located above the fifth floor, with the sixth floor serving as an attic storey, featuring similar windows.
