Description

Later 19th century. 4-storey tenement with 8 regular

single window bays, windows mostly in Egyptianised

architraves with pediments, plain openings in channelled

ground floor (pend left, surgery right). Polished

ashlar; much re-glazing, some sashes survive with 4-

pane glazing pattern; horizontal strings, giant

pilaster strips at centre and ends. Tall stacks; slate

roof; 3-bay left flank to lane.
