Description
This building, located at 78, 80, and 82 Queen's Drive in Glasgow, is a tenement designed in the French Renaissance style by architect W M Whyte in 1885. It features three storeys and an attic, along with a basement, all constructed of ashlar stone.
The building is topped with a mansard roof and includes pedimented dormer windows. Bay windows are present, each adorned with balustraded parapets. The corners of the building are accentuated by tall roofs, and there is a sculptured figure at the corner of Langside Road, along with sculptured heads and elaborate mouldings throughout.
Inside, there are steep stairs leading to the first storey, which are complemented by cast-iron balustrades.
