Description
347 Langside Road is a mid to late 19th century tenement building designed in a late Georgian style. It is three storeys high and slightly raised on the right side to accommodate the slope of the land. The exterior is finished in stone-cleaned yellow ashlar, with a channelled appearance at the ground level where shops are located on the left. Above the shops, the building features architraved windows, some of which still have their original sashes with a 4-pane glazing pattern. The first floor is corniced, and there are horizontal coursers throughout the façade. The main entablature adds to the architectural detail, although the chimney stacks have been significantly altered. The building is topped with modern tile roofs.
