Description

Earlier 19th century. Symmetrical 3-storey tenement with classical details. Stone-cleaned yellow ashlar, channelled at ground and with 3 pilastered doorcases; 8 bays on upper floors, architraved windows with cill courses, 1st floor windows arranged 2-1-2-1-2, paired windows with consoled pediments; cornice; blocking course; pair wall-head stacks; right half of building has modern glazing, sash windows left, small-paned at 1st floor; modern tile roof.

Set back from street behind low ashlar boundary wall.
