Description
This building, located at 102-106 Main Street in Ballieston, Glasgow, dates back to 1882. It is a two-storey structure made of painted ashlar stone, featuring classical architectural details such as channelled pilaster strips and architraved sash windows. The ground floor accommodates shops, while the Main Street facade presents a symmetrical four-bay elevation, highlighted by a pedimented two-bay center and a main entrance located at the corner. The entrance includes a tripartite doorway with a doorcase supported by channelled pilasters. The building has apex stacks and a slate roof. The elevation facing Church Street is a plain six-bay design.
