Dated 1882. 2-storey painted ashlar gushet building with classical details including channelled pilaster strips and architraved windows (sashes); shops at ground; symmetrical 4-bay elevation to Main Street with pedimented 2-bay centre, main entrance at gushet; tripartite doorway, doorcase with channelled pilasters; apex stacks; slate roof. Plain 6-bay elevation to Church Street.
