at ground floor. Astylar classical with Greek details. 7 bays.

Painted ashlar. Sash and case windows in architraves. 1st

floor windows ramped architraves, console corniced; 2nd floor

windows lugged architraves. Incised eaves band, cornice.

Pierced die parapet.
