Description

Circa 1855. 3-storey and attic, 3-bay classical building

with modern shop at ground floor. Painted ashlar. All

windows in architraves. Ground floor cornice. 1st floor

windows consoled with sculpted head-brackets, guilloche

frieze, corniced. 2nd floor with cill band. Main

entablature with guilloche frieze, panelled modillion

cornice.

ATTIC: balustraded balcony broken by 3 segmental

pedimented dormers; slate hipped roof.
