Training Centre, 91 Holmfauld Road, Glasgow

The Training Centre at 91 Holmfauld Road in Glasgow is a three-storey building designed as shipyard offices, constructed in 1914 for Alexander Stephens of Linthouse. It features a reinforced concrete frame with red brick walls, where the frame uprights are designed as large pilaster strips. Above the ground floor, there is a cornice, and the main cornice includes a frieze. The building has a flat roof and a wall-head balustrade with intermediate piers.

The street elevation is divided into seven bays, each with three windows, with the three southernmost bays serving as offices. The other bays have larger windows intended for workshops. The entrance is located in the third bay, which includes a contrasting rendered panel, a corniced door flanked by sidelights, and a fanlight above the cornice featuring a cartouche with the date. All multi-paned windows are original.

In the late 1990s, a modern glazed stair tower was added to the north side of the building.
