Former Engineer's house, now offices. 1830s. Stock brick with stone cornices, slate roof, some tile-hanging to rear. Three storey, four bay plan with projecting one and two-storey wings to rear, and original carriage entrance under southern two bays with gauged brick arch at rear. Door in side of carriage entrance with four-panelled door and square top-light in moulded doorcase with flat cornice and square pilasters, also a carriage lamp. All windows glazing bar sashes under gauged brick heads, with round-arched single window to ground floor. Moulded cornice over ground floor and under parapet.
