Description

These are two early 18th-century terraced townhouses on Hanbury Street. They are built of brown brick with red brick dressings and have a pantiled roof. The buildings are three storeys high with a continuous row of dormers, each having three windows arranged under gauged flat arches. These windows contain double-hung sashes set in flush frames; Number 26 retains glazing bars. Number 26 also has a wooden shop front with pilasters and an entablature topped with a mutule cornice. Number 24 has a stucco ground floor with a moulded cornice above, while the first floor features casement windows.
