Description
No 17 Princelet Street is an early 18th-century building constructed of stock brick, featuring red brick dressings and 19th-century channelled stucco on the ground floor and above. It has a coped parapet and stands three storeys tall, with a weatherboarded attic that has a pantiled roof.
