Description

No 17 Princelet Street is an early 18th-century building constructed of stock brick, featuring red brick dressings and 19th-century channelled stucco on the ground floor and above. It has a coped parapet and stands three storeys tall, with a weatherboarded attic that has a pantiled roof. The building has three sash windows with cased frames, which are set under flat gauged brick arches. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 12 to 22 (even) and Nos 13 to 25 (odd).
