Description

Nos 12 and 14 Princelet Street are an early 18th-century building of red and stock brick, with No. 14 having a painted facade. The attic is weatherboarded. The ground floor of No. 12 has plain stucco, while No. 14 features horizontal rustication keyed over the windows. The roofs are pantiled. The building is three storeys high, with a basement and attic. It has three windows. The windows have flush frames with red dressings and gauged flat arches to those on the first and second floors. The door to No. 12 has pilasters. Nos 12 to 22 (even) form a group with Nos 15 to 25 (odd).
