Description

Nos 2 and 4 Princelet Street, dating from the early 18th century, are notable buildings located on the south side of the street. No 4 features a yellow brick exterior with a stuccoed ground floor that has pilasters at the outer edges and a single round door, topped with an entablature. In contrast, No 2 has a stuccoed facade with a rusticated ground floor. Both buildings rise to three storeys, with No 2 also having an attic. They include four windows, with two additional windows on the return facing Wilkes Street. The windows of No 2 are recessed sashes, while No 4 has red segmental arches above its French casement windows. Nos 2 and 4 form a group with No 6 Wilkes Street.
