Description

16 Princelet Street is an early 18th-century building that was refronted in the early 19th century. It is constructed of yellow brick, which is painted red on the ground floor, and features a weather-boarded attic. The building has a parapet and stands three storeys tall with an attic. It has two recessed windows with gauged flat arches, and the first-floor windows are set in arched recesses. The doorways are semi-circular headed. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 12 to 22 (even) and Nos 13 to 25 (odd).
