Description
This is an early 18th-century building comprising numbers 34 to 38 Hanbury Street. The building is constructed of stock brick with red brick dressings and a stucco band between the floors and below the parapet. There is an entablature band above the ground floor. It is four storeys high and has three windows, except for number 38, which has two windows. The windows are double-hung sashes with gauged flat arches in flush frames, though some casement windows are present on the top floor. Number 38 features a doorcase with pilasters and a dentilled cornice. The ground floors of numbers 34 and 36 have been altered to create shops and entrances. The buildings form a group.
