27 Lynedoch Street in Glasgow is a three-bay house built in 1882, featuring three storeys, an attic, and a basement. The building is constructed of polished ashlar, with the basement painted. Steps lead down to a painted doorpiece that is pilastered and has a deeply recessed door.

On the left side, there is a canted two-storey window with a parapet that rises from the basement to the second floor. All windows are architraved and corniced at the ground level. The right bay contains bipartite windows. The windows are sash style with plate-glass glazing. A string course runs along the cills at the first and second floors, with a band course of Vitruvian scrolls above the first floor. The eaves feature a cornice, and there are axial stacks on the slate roofs.

The property is complemented by cast-iron railings leading to the steps and basement, along with square, painted ashlar gatepiers.
