4-storey and attic commercial building with modern ground

floor; 3 main bays with 2 narrow outer bays above.

Mezzanine with arched head of ground floor doorpiece

projecting into it and panels with putti in relief holding

newspaper; giant order of Corinthian columns rising

through 1st and 2nd floors with recessed central bay

flanked by fluted columns, outer main bays slightly

canted; 3rd floor narrow bays set back behind

balustrade with statuary; 3 square projecting window to

outer main bays with aediculed dormers above.
