9 Mid Causeway, Culross

9 Mid Causeway is an 18th-century, symmetrical, two-storey, three-bay house located in Culross. The exterior is harled, with ashlar surrounds for the windows and doors.

On the northwest (principal) elevation, there is a central door flanked by single windows, with three first-floor windows centered above at the eaves. A plaque from the National Trust for Scotland is positioned above the door.

The northeast elevation adjoins 7 Mid Causeway, while the southeast elevation features a door to the left, two windows to the right, and a smaller window at the far right, with four first-floor windows at the eaves. The southwest elevation adjoins 11 Mid Causeway.

The house has 12-pane timber sash and case windows, with intersecting gothick astragals on the ground floor windows of the principal elevation. The doors are timber boarded. The roof is pitched, covered with clay pantiles, and includes a pantile easing course and crowstepped gables. There are gable apex stacks with circular cans.

The interior was not seen during the last inspection in 2001.
