Description

This building is an outbuilding associated with Brand's Hotel, located on High Street in Ceres. It is dated 1744 and 1776, originally serving as a meal mill before being converted into a beer store in the 19th century. The structure is two stories high, constructed from rubble with a pantile roof, and features a crowstepped gable facing the Ceres Burn. The eastern part of the building is a slightly later addition.
