Description

The Provost, located on High Street in Ceres, is a building that features a 17th century double gable. It includes a semi-elliptically arched fireplace with a sculptured overmantel panel. Above the fireplace, there is a semi-elliptically arched niche that contains a large figure of a Toby jug, which is inscribed with the words 'The Provost'.
