Description

Brand's Hotel, located on High Street in Ceres, is a 17th-century building that has undergone significant alterations. It is primarily a single-storey structure, with two storeys at the back facing Ceres Burn. The building features a rubble construction and pantile roofing, while the front is cemented and lined with margins. An early 19th-century slated lean-to extension has been added, complete with railed steps, and a porch was added later. There is also a pantiled outbuilding at the back.
