2. C17 timber-framed and plastered building on a T shaped plan. An extension on the north end has the roof level at a slightly lower ridge and eaves level. Two storeys and attics. The upper storey is jettied on the whole of the south front, with 2 window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The east gable end has a 2 storeyed bay with double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The north addition is probably of the C18 and has casements with leaded lights and "Gothic" arches to the lights. Roofs tiled, with an original chimney stack with diagonal grouped shafts on a rectangular base to the south block and a square central stack to the north addition. The interior has an original fireplace with ornamental plaster panel. (RCHM 20).
