Description

The building is a former dairy located at Castlegate in Ceres. It was originally dated 1669 at the lintel of the doorway, which has now been replaced by a segmentally arched opening. The structure is two stories high and three openings wide. It once featured a forestair and is constructed from rubble with a pantiled roof. A large whin boulder is located to the northwest, with another boulder opposite, marking the site of an old causeway.
